Using NerdyPup

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NerdyPup apps, website, and related services.

By using NerdyPup, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts, dogs, and shared access

NerdyPup lets users create dog profiles, log care activity, and invite other caregivers or household members to participate in shared care flows.

You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to add information about a dog and to invite collaborators or caregivers into a shared profile.

If you share access with another person, you understand that they may be able to view or add information within the shared areas of the service according to their assigned role.

Subscriptions and paid features

Some features may require a paid subscription, including Pro features, premium insights, or AI-assisted capabilities.

If you subscribe, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund handling may be managed by the applicable app store or subscription platform.

Pricing and feature availability may change from time to time to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service beyond rights allowed by law, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content, and you may not use NerdyPup to transmit malicious code or abuse automation endpoints.

AI and informational features

AI-generated responses and product insights are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

NerdyPup is not a veterinary provider, medical provider, emergency service, or safety-monitoring service. Always use your own judgment and contact a qualified professional when appropriate.

Termination and availability

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for NerdyPup or other users.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request or initiate account deletion where that functionality is available.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NerdyPup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of NerdyPup after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
